If you received a damaged product, it must be noted with the shipper to receive a full exchange. Replacements must be made prior to installation, otherwise refunds and replacements will not be granted. Report all damaged, missing, or defective products within 24 hours of delivery date otherwise claims will not be accepted. Please call customer service at 424-340-9391 for replacement instructions.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery or pick-up date. To receive a refund, merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Labor fees are not refundable. Pictures of products may look different on different monitors with different settings and provided for initial references only. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will look exactly as an actual product. To be completely satisfied and confident in what you are placing order for, you can visit our showroom. Hardwood flooring, stock cabinets, stainless steel sinks, range hoods and many other natural products are available in different grades. Buyer assumes the full responsibility in that he/she understands the product characteristics, grades and quality differences while shopping with us. Products cannot be refused after placing order just based on reason that on the customer's opinion products are not as good as customer expected them to be. Returns of such products would fall under our regular return policy terms and conditions. We guarantee prices for all completed orders. Order is complete when payment is processed regardless whether this product was actually delivered. Should customer cancel the order after payment was processed then all normal return policy rules including restocking charges and other fees apply. Special order items are final at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled neither can be returned. If you are returning items you must pay for shipping and re-stocking fee 20%.
